  • If you are sick or don’t feel well or if you live with someone who is sick or doesn’t feel well, please reschedule your appointment. You will not be charged for the missed appointment.  I will do the same.

How many massage therapists work for Hayes Bodywork?
There is only one therapist and that’s me, Felicia Hayes.

What's the best way to contact you?
The best way to reach me is by emailing, texting, or through my website contact form.  We can then schedule a time to talk if that is something you desire.

Can I get a same day appointment?
While I do accept same-day appointments, they are not always available as I am often booked in advance. The best option is to schedule an appointment to assure you get on my schedule.  You can always make changes later if need be.  You can also request to be put on the waiting list.

How does your text messaging service work?
To join the text list please click here.  The benefit of being put on the list is you’ll be notified when an appointment comes available.  Other people are on the text list too.  If you want the session all you have to do is text back with your name and I’ll confirm if the appointment is still available.  If you don’t hear from me, the appointment has been filled.  It’s based on first come, first serve.   I won’t send any more than 5 texts a month. You can always opt out by texting stop.

Do you accept insurance?
No.  I don’t accept insurance nor do any billing of insurances.  I can provide you with a receipt that you can supply to your health insurance for reimbursement.  That receipt will include my tax id #, billing code, and description of services.

Do you accept Workers Compensation or Car Accident claims/patients?
No.  I do not accept these types of claims or patients.

How much experience do you have?
I take my education and my professional development seriously.  Have been in this field since 2002 as a practitioner and an enthusiast of learning.  I am certified and licensed in Loudoun County, in the State of Virginia & California and nationally certified.  You can see my credentials on my about me page.

What are your prices?
You can find those here.

Where are you located?
44121 East Harry Byrd Hwy Suite 255E Ashburn, VA 20147.  Next to the large community church, in the Jefferson Professional Office Building right off of Route 7.  In the same building as Hair Port and Poulin Chiropractic.

What kind of massage should I get?
Please read through the descriptions of the massage services.  They are pretty good!  One of the great things about seeing an independent professional is that we can have this conversation in greater depth upon your arrival as I am the only massage therapist on staff and am highly trained/qualified to work with many conditions, injuries, and the like.

Do I need to come early to my appointment?
For your first appointment, please arrive 5-10 minutes early.  For subsequent appointment 3-5 minutes prior is perfect.

Is scheduling online secure?
Yes!  Scheduling online is secure.  The website and scheduling software is verified and secure with SSL.  If you are familiar with Intuit, the owners of Quickbooks and Turbo Tax, it is the same system.

Do you accept checks?
No, I don’t accept checks.  I do accept all major credit cards and cash.

What if I'm sick?
If you are sick, getting over an illness, or feel like you’re getting sick PLEASE do not get a massage.  Here are the reasons why. The illness will spread faster. Massage will not make you feel less achy or better. You will become more congested. Potentially spread the cold to others including me. I, Felicia Hayes, your massage therapist does not want to get sick. Thanks for your understanding.  You will not be charged for missed appointments due to being sick REGARDLESS of when you cancel your appointment.

Can I bring my own oils and have you use them?
I only use my oils.   I use high-quality professional massage lubricants that are hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, and water soluble.
